About me
Astrid Beerkens
My name is Astrid, and for more than ten years Amsterdam has been my home. As a mother of four, I know what it means to balance many responsibilities — and I also know how it feels to lose yourself along the way. For years, I carried too much weight, felt constantly tired, and struggled with my health. When the pandemic hit, I realized it was time to make a change.
Through patience, discipline, and a kinder relationship with myself, I lost 60 kilos without surgery or crash diets. That journey taught me that real transformation is never quick or easy, but it is possible — and it can completely change the way you experience life. Today I feel stronger, healthier, and more confident than ever before.

This personal experience shaped my passion for body aesthetics. I understand the frustration of not feeling comfortable in your own skin, and I know the power of reclaiming energy and confidence. That is why I founded The Reset Club: a place where the latest non-invasive technologies help people achieve visible results, supported by empathy, encouragement, and practical guidance. My goal is to offer what I once wished I had — a safe and innovative space to transform both body and mind.

Outside of my work, I cherish time with my children, love to cook, and thrive on creating moments of warmth and connection. I speak Dutch, English, and French fluently, which allows me to connect with people with ease.

My mission is clear: to help people feel truly at home in their bodies again, not only by achieving physical change but also by creating a reset — a transformation that restores confidence, vitality, and mental clarity.
